Individual therapy is an opportunity to take care of yourself and to heal. It is also a space to develop your awareness and skills.

  • Guidance managing anxiety, depression, or eating disorders
  • Processing trauma – either a traumatic event or a series of events, such as childhood abuse or neglect
  • Addressing somatic (physical) symptoms such as headaches, stomachaches, chest pain, low energy, insomnia or increased frequency of illness with no known cause
  • Higher self-esteem and self-confidence
  • A safe space for guided personal development
