Group Therapy and Workshops are a great way to bring people together and develop relationships all while feeling supported.

Whether it’s in your workplace, in my office, or somewhere else (like a yoga studio, for example), this can be an interesting and alternative counseling format.

I have led a variety of groups and workshops, including workshops around work-life balance (see an example here), communication and social skills, mindfulness, conflict management, drug/alcohol education, as well as providing support around crisis management for private companies.
